"Free" Trial of colon cleanse premier cost $77.86 plus shipping.

I ordered a free trial of colon cleanse premier for just the cost of shipping about 3 weeks ago. Today I got a charge for $77.86. I spent an hour on the phone with them and they refunded half of the charge saying there was nothing more they could do since they had to charge me for the bottle because 16 days had passed since the order but if I'd called before then, it would be free like they said. I don't know where it was written that if I didn't call and cancel that I'd be charged this way but it certainly WASN'T obvious or clear in any of their website, emails or communication with me. Serves me right for falling for a "free" trial scam. Don't make the same mistake I did!!

Just did my cancel...read the terms and conditions it doesn't state that you need a reason to cancel and you don't need to return the product on a free trail. He apologized and he cancelled future everything.

I called the day before my 14th day.

I also put it in an email and sent it to them. I called to confirm it.

Guest

I was refused a refund! I'm BEYOND pissed that I fell for such a thing!

Guest

Can you please tell me what happened in your case? I fell for this scam and the way I understand it, I will need to call them every 14 days for rest of my life or I will be charged the full amount.

And even if I call each month to cancel, I will still be charged the shipping fee whether or not the order is shipped.

I need out of this. But dont know how.N

Guest

I hav also had the same problem only I did see the t's n c's which state cancellation within 14 days, I emailed them several times to cancel my 'subbscription' jus 4days after ordering n I did receive a confirmation email stating they had received and processed my cancellation. .however a short 18days later they stil took 3 seperate payments from my account mounting up to £280 I hav spoke to my bank n hav been adviced to get intouch with company keep all contacts emails n if I get no joy to contact bank for a distupt...I mean I hav an email in black n white confirming my cancellation so how can they jus take money after sending this email? its awful n after seein how many people uts effected im definetly reporting it

.its as gud as fraud, will update fter I hopefully speak to sum1

Guest

Same *** from this company...they are all scammers!!!!!

Guest

I too was a sucker, but you live and learn.

Guest

Try this: If you called for both the superGarcinia and the Colon Cleanse together, call 1-87*-***-**** and they will cancel the order (waived the restocking fee as well...we'll see). Make certain you get a cancellation number and check you credit cart statements.

Guest

I just had the same experience except they would not refund anything, even tho I had a death to contend with during the timeframe. Also charged me 3.99 to cancel---so, one bottle of 60 pills cost me over 80.00. I guess it serves me right for falling for a trial offer scam.

Guest

I called the same day I got my order. I knew better.

I did get ahold of customer service and they cancelled my order.

Charged me another 3.95 to cancel Live and learn. Got off cheap this time.

Colon Cleanse Premier - Credit Card Charge Review

After calling the 877-202-**** Customer Service number for the Premier Colon Cleanse and speaking with a woman named Shamaya (sp.?) who wouldn't identify where she was other than to say she was with a company called African Mango something or other, she said it too fast to understand and wouldn't repeat it that I've just now realize I've also been duped by this company. I also fell for the 14 day free trial for $4.95 S/H fee, money back guarantee at the start of April. At the end of the trial, I noticed no change at all. To my surprise, I received a refill sometime in May which I took it back to my local Post Office, had it stamped Return To Sender and also CANCEL ORDER Written on front and back of package. Didn't hear back from them until I returned from an extended trip in July and saw they had mailed more refills. 1 for July and another one for August. What's worst is that they've been billing my credit card $77.86 every month since May.!!! I'm trying to get my money back, but, I can't seem to find someone that works for them that would process the refund for me. The same thing is happening with another product that was sold in conjunction. Super Garcinia is another scam proving to be a costly mistake too for $79.95 per each unsolicited refill they sent every month since May and was also returned to them in the same fashion as the unsolicited Premier Colon Cleanse. To add injury to insult, The Customer Rep for Super Garcinia tells me they can only refund me the refill they've sent for August. They declined refund any other shipment because it's past the 30 days from when they last shipped a refill on 7/11/14. Never mind that it arrived on 7/14/14 when I was away from home. The Government ought to start a Fraud investigation on both of these 2 products and protect unsuspecting buyers to fall prey to their scam. My only recourse is now to take it up with my credit card company and hope they help me recover my money. Lesson learned. !!! Always check your credit card statements, specially if they're paperless.

To all of you who have experienced the same problem with company

I phoned my banks fraud dept and blocked premier cleanse and ketone from taking any more payments from my debit card and any further payments would be recalled

I also phoned premier cleanse on 001 85** ****** and they cancelled my account after I explained I'd been in touch with the banks fraud dept

Just to add when I phoned my bank they had already heard of this company so they must have problems with the before

Account Charges Review

Cancel everything. I tried your free trail. It did not say in any small print that you were going to take 87 pounds out of my bank account. I want my money back and don't try to take any one money cos my bank is on to you now and the police is involved. Contact me . Cancel my trial and your scamming items.

Order Cancellation Review

Ordered trial set up on auto renewal not one package has a packing slip with a phone number to cancel. Googled a phone number canceled order month later received another package. Called customer service stated we didn't stop both packages just one. Then kept pushing me not to cancel and kept reducing the cost. What a clever ripoff! Totally dissatisfied! Do not recommend this product or company.

Money taken from my account

I have fallen into the same trap. I went for the free trial and just got the package over the weekend. Then I noticed a deduction on my bank account which I queried with the bank today and to be honest were really unhelpful. I dont know how they can justify charging that amount of money especially when it takes nearly 2 weeks for the items to even turn up anyway!!! I am fuming that they are able to get away with doing this. Does anyone have a contact number so I can ring them and give them a piece of my mind?

Bio Nutra Green Coffee & Premier Cleanse

Ordered trial offer of these 2 items FREE except $4 something for shipping (on Visa Card). Received Premier Cleanse short time after order.

Before the green coffee came received a call from the Green Coffee company wanting me to sign up to receive more but after talking to the 2nd person I refused offer! Green Coffee didn't come until several weeks later which I assumed was the free shipment. I have not received Free anything. Received email today of confirmation of shipment @$79.50.

In checking visa statement found I had been charged $79.50 for July also. Out $150 plus for something that was supposed to be free.

Surely there's a law to prohibit this!!! Beware of FREE sales gimmicks.

Do ya think a vice squad somewhere could write these bums a ticket in such a manner that either way they signed it, they'd be guilty of fraud and have bubba stick their computer up their ***

Guest

Got these numbers from my bank, 855-379-**** for the Advanced Pure Garcinia and 877-288-**** Bio Nutra Super Green Coffee.

I responded to a facebook ad for free trial for Garcinia Cambogia, 1 order includes 4 bottles for only cost of shipping $4.95.

I received the 4 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia, they also included 1 bottle of Complete Coffee Cleanse(I did not order this, was never even mentioned when I ordered the GC) with another shipping charge of $4.95.

On the enclosed packing slip, no name listed but, info "Risk Free Trial" must call Customer Care Line within the 14 day trial period to cancel it.

(888)506-****

I called on the 10th day after receiving pkg. They said my trial is already expired. I called 2:30 California time to Florida during their 9:00am-9:00pm office hours. After saying I did not order the Coffee Cleanse & would not pay for it.

They said I can return it, but, they would charge me $44.95 now. Then when they receive the return, would issue a refund. Could take 45 days.

They said if I cancel the subscription shipments, but want to keep this product I could pay just half the cost.

I said NO, I want to return it. They gave me a RMA# to put on pkg for return.

I sent it back the same day. Then went to my bank online, and they had already run a debit of original shipping amounts 2 x $4.95 plus $89.95 for Cleanse plus $148.95 for Garcinia Cambogia. The return address was Complete Coffee Cleanse 12399 Belcher RD. Suite 140 Largo, Florida 33773.

I hope this helps any of you with you return/credit search.

I believe that most credit cards will negotiate wrongfully charged items. Check it out.

Guest

same thing happened to me, please be careful, they charge me 79.95.and have sent another one too, although I clearly told them on phone that I am not interested.

Guest

I did the same. Tried emailing back to cancel.

No response. Received another bottle today. No phone number or address. It's a scam.

I need to know how to cancel this!! Please help.

Guest

Do not take offer. You pay $4.95 for shipping and two weeks later your credit-card is charged $78.95 for the bottle you are previewing.

You can get three bottles at Wal-mart for $22.00. Huge ripoff.

Guest

That's a lot of money to pay just to take a dump.

Guest

None of the posts below mention anything about clicking Agree to Terms and giving out your cards. People don't reeeead anymore! You'd have to have been living under a rock to not know by now to a)Read what you are agreeing to and b)Duh, the Internet is full of scams!

Guest

Same thing happened to me. Signed up for the PureGC60 and was supposed to get the Green Coffee free.

Found $79 on my visa statement twice. Dr. Oz should be ashamed of associating his name with this total rip off.

These guys need to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission for FALSE advertising. There should be big penalties for this type of false gimmicks.

SCAM

As all the other complainants, mines is the same i ordered the product and after short time i was charged for what they say is the total amount of the bottle after the trial period but i've yet to see the ( charge you $77 ) after 14 days. further more they are willing to cancel your trial subscription but insist on keeping the $77 plus shipping for a product that DID NOT work within the allotted time frame. And to top it all off they were bold enough to charge a cancellation fee, can you believe that ?. I believe this is why people have NO trust in business online anymore regardless as to whether a well known doctor endorses this product or not. I am fed up with fly by night companies taking the publics hard earned money and then have the nerve to refuse a refund under any circumstance!

Total Ripoff

I ordered and tried the Garcinia Cambogia from Optimal Garcinia Cambogia in Santa Ana, CA and the only thing I lost was almost $100 for the trial. They advertise it at $4.95 and then have a clause to cancel with 14 days or be charged 77 additional dollars. Unfortunately this clause is very hidden and not seen until you have already lost your money. I lost 0 pounds with the product and it is a total farce!!!! Warn customers about this as they are very rude and difficult to cancel with. Also along those lines they advertise Premier Cleanse which is on their website but sent by CRC company at the same address. They do the exact same thing and then won't answer their phones when you call to cancel. Both are total ripoffs and should be reported to the authorities.

I have to call *** on part of your complaint you claim that you couldn't see the "clause" to cancel until after you already lost your money eh?. how bout this.

be more diligent there is no "FREE" trial of anything. if it were free you'd not even pay s&h charges. and even then you should have known to read the fine print, even without reading it you should know this is how these companies operate. they expect people like yourself to fall for this and you clearly have.

going to the authorities will most likely get you nowhere though.

as no crime was committed. *** service yes but it's not a crime.

Jerked around

14 day trial my *** Total scam. And to top it all off my bank account was mysteriously compromised a day after I called to complain(to no avail). Why isn't the BBB involved in this scam? Absolutely no where does it state after 14 days they would draft money! Thanks Dr. Oz! Wonder how much he makes off the scam? California- the land of the Scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this and all other bullsh$t pills that supposedly help to lose weight. The only way the help you lose weight is you won't have any money to eat with.

Scammed! horrible customer service

same thing happened to me. I ordered a "free" bottle of green coffee extract as a trial plus the $5.95 shipping and handling. Then after the 14 day free trial, that was not explicitly stated, they charged my credit card $79. I called to get an explanation adj at that time I asked them to cancel the order as I was not prepared to pay that amount on a regular basis especially not knowing if this product would be right for me. I called back a second time as it looked like they charged my card again. After some conversation with the representative, he apparently got upset and HUNG UP ON ME!! WTF kind of customer service is that?! I am beyond pissed. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Another big scam, yes I got caught , like all things it is a lesson to be learnt if its free then there is a catch, service poor all don by foreign nationals cannot understand on the phone bad english, no redress or refund offered hope the rest of you tune into this site and put an end to this practice

Guest

I actually had no problems at all with customer service. He was very nice and helped me out courteously. He even offered to cut the price in half (permanently) if I wanted to continue.

Guest

What is the phone number? I can't find it!

Guest

I also took a free trial of Ketone Rasberry and Cleanse Rite both of which I paid only £4.95 each for the shipping then after 14 days which was not explicitly stated I was charged £95.00 for the Ketone Rasberry and £89.00 for the Cleanse Rite.

I contacted their customer service for an explanation and was told there was nothing they could do except cancel any further payments lets wait and see although I have already stopped anything else coming out of my account with the bank, yes once again scammers.

To anyone ready this take note.

Guest

I had the same problem! Their terms and conditions were extremely unclear and I was basically scammed out of $150 and when I tried calling customer service I was put on hold and then the connection was "lost" this happened every time I attempted to call!! Do not try the "free trial" it is far from free

Guest

I also ordered the free trial of both the Nutra Green Coffee & the Nutra Colon Cleanse. When I tried to cancel the recurring order I was unable to reach anyone via phone or e-mail.

I was charged $70+ for both products a few days later. I made a dispute through my bank for unauthorized charges. I received an e-mail from both suppliers cancelling any future orders & Green Coffee refunded my money...BUT Premier Colon Cleanse did not & I received no product so I have neither my $78 or the colon cleanse.

In the meantime, I have lost 0 lbs, 0 inches, 0 dress sizes.

Definitely a scam & I will pursue with the company & with my bank.

They say it's a 14 day "free" trial just pay $4.95.. NOPE they take $78 out of your account later. So if I were you DON'T DO IT!!!. Not to mention it doesn't work and tastes like ***. I tried calling them but they said it was my fault.. Uhm no... It was not in your fine print that you will be charged $78 later on... Not a very happy person... I need that $78 back into my bank account but they wont give it back. So to the people of Premier Cleanse.. You suck and owe a lot of people money..

I recently :x bought this so called premier cleanse and I called the customer service number to discontinue any other orders from being charged to my account until after I've tried and decided if I wanted more of the product and I was told that I would be given a 35% discount on the price with an extension on the trial time even after I asked 3 times to discontinue the order. I had already checked and found out about the scam so that's why I called them back, but since they won't listen I will notify my bank to stop any type of attempt from that fake company !

Further more not long after that I got a call stating my Gmail had been hacked into and I believe this premier people have something to do with it! :(

Guest

People always read the disclaimer 7 know what you are getting into. You give your card # & then if you do not cancel, they can have a membership of $100 or $200, plus the product 7 shipping again, if you DO NOT CANCEL.

So, many crooks out there, never fall for this tooth whitening mom found, that makes dentists mad or the fake wrinkle cream its all bogus, read & study, personally we just leave it alone, unless it is a reputable place, such as Wal-Mart etc. they will usually make things right!

John N Mzy

Your mistake was in giving them permission to take money out of your account. You should always pay for this stuff with a credit card so you can dispute the charge if needed. Hindsight, but now you know.
